kross 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2006 just finished testing the hybrid amp today. sounds good, quite a warm sound from the tube though i would love it to be warmer..:-) anyway, my problem now is to try to eliminate the slight soft hum from my variable power supply. does anyone has any suggestions to remove the hum? kross 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2006 yup, similar to those wall adaptor. does your TREAD refers to the tangent's TREAD?
Kippei 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2006 Yesh... if you ever taken apart your wall adaptor. The crap inside is barely enough to deripple the line noise. So i mod it into like this. http://www6.head-fi.org/forums/showthread....ht=wallwart+mod
