I reckon you just answered your own question. If sound quality were to be a secondary concern, buy the better looking one then.

Yeah i would also advice you to go to their flagship phones to save all the hassle and $$$ during upgrades..

 

If you are to choose both phone.. both looks almost the same.. i will go for the MS1

If you want high end sound at a low budget, stretch a bit to $250 and get the AKG K501.

 

Then save up till you have enough to get the MS Pro, and you'll be happy for another long period.
