As for the tube hole, no time to find smaller hole-saw so just grab whatever size i can find . Will hunt again for a smaller hole-saw next round when i go SLT. Qsilver 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2006 Thanks! The panels are just acrylic sheets + artcard printed from laser copier. Built this amp for a close friend as a gift. He is into "skulls" thingy, don't ask me why. Wow, this amp looks so cute, until I noticed the skulls. Then still great looking amp, but not cute... How did you do the panels? So pro look. Qsilver 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2006 Its my 1st tube amp, so don't have any to compare. The SQ was good, tight bass & very clear. Was using rubycon ZLs, 12FK6 tubes & non-stack BUF634. Have not try the stack buffer & diamond buffer yet. Will try it out for my next MH build.
