Nice Lookin Headphones?

Recommended Posts

IEM's by far provides the most isolation and superior clarity compared to most headphones, with the exception of electrostats (Orpheus, Stax) and really high end cans (e.g. R10).

It;s supposedly rather good, about half a step up from the EP630. The CK7 would be a better buy though, at about $130 (forgot the exact price).

Hey yo, my budget was ard $150 as well when I was looking for headphones..ended up with the CK7

Check out my review on Aurvanas and the CK7

http://www.sgheadphones.net/index.php?showtopic=6763

Aurvanas were $139 @ Sitex'06 a few months back...should be ard $169 outside.

ATH-CK7 should be $158

CX300 was $129 I think, saw it at Applecentre - Wheelock Place yesterday.

I think the Aurvanas look the best amongst the 3..and the CK7's pretty bulky compared to the other 2..but the sound is fantastic and size a aside I think it looks ok

The Panasonic RP-HTX7's retro looking style may appeal to some.

Those look a tad ugly when worn.

K81DJ's look awesome.

they look nice, but they tend to squeeze ur skull (for some people) and the bass might be overwhelming (subjective). i dont have any pics but good luck with your search!
