zer061zer0 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2007 eh stereo jack1 to pot right and left IN, then using pot right and left OUT to the stereo jack 2. Gnd is connected to the pot, then on the volume pot itself its shot

heady 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2007 (edited) Hi, The connection seems correct for the L/R. For the ground connection, the input ground should be connected to the output ground. Both ground on the pot goes to the input ground. That's what I would do. Edited November 22, 2007 by heady
zer061zer0 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2007 i did shot the gnd on the pot and the gnd from the jacks are connected to the 2 gnd point on the pot, is it the same this way.
heady 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2007 Should be the same, although some purists talk about star grounding etc. I think maybe the 100K is too much for the output from the CD?

loop_ 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2007 (edited) looks sweet... but just wondering. why didn't you just connect the cdp to an amp? Edited December 12, 2007 by loop_
zer061zer0 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2007 i did, i have 3 amps as output, but sometimes i like to have the cdp direct to my headphones, esp my k240
