Shure SE530

Recommended Posts

would like to know if any 530 owners out there have had problems with the wire cracking? seriously considering buying shures but with the horror stories about the wires it doesn't seem to be worth the hassle. see here on head-fi for those not familiar. thanks!

As an early E500 owner, YES - the early models had a bad cable ... the SE530 seems to have a better cable which is very different from the early E500 .

i think shures have already solve the cables problems, read somewhere on head-fi.

thanks for your information, I may need another pair of in-ear.

If shure fix the cable issue, I'm sure to put it on my wish list.

The Mids are rich and the Base is good but the highs are rolled off. Some people love it, some people hate it.....

Are u referring to the SE530 or UE11pro ?
