A more "commercial" question i would like to post. Will AA bring in AKG601 and AKG701 as well as AKG K1000? I did ask about the AKG K1000 but was quoted with a price higher than Han bro.

The leftout amp should be MingDa. The MingDa can drive the k1000 pretty well when it's set to 600ohm but it lacks the kind of refinement as compare to the professional amp. The professional amp lacks the power, if the power is double, good match for the k1000. And, K1000 got BASS.

Likely to go down to Anything Audio today to have a "preview". I went there once.

Hi apox77, Are you able to get a listening session with the cans you have shortlisted over at New Zealand? That would really rule out alot of doubt from you as well as provide the answers to your questions. I have been using px200 for travelling and I got a hd200 that I use occasionally at home for PC games. I tried the px100 during the time when i was getting the px200. The px100 is semi-open and it sounds more airy and less congested than the px200, in quiet surrounding. But it's meaningless when wearing it in a noisy surrounding such as in the bus/train.

Hi everyone, As requested by some 'horny' forumers, here's the nake, looks normal to me. I think more importantly is the other aspect of amp design such as physical balancing of the eqpt(one of the design aspect advocated by Diva) as well as the sound tuning by the amp designer himself.

You 'horny' people, everything also wants 'nake'. Suggest you check with the shop Sky Audio at Bukit Timah Plaza, you can see the 'real' thing(demo set) rather than on the 'nude' photo.

Very sorry to everyone that is expecting a follow-up on this thread, very busy in work as well as trying out some small tweaks on my setup recently. I have checked with dealer who in turn checked with the amp designer on the inner pic of the amp. They have agreed and had sent me some pic to my another email account which I have not got time to read. Will let everyone see the 'undressed' amp...anyway it doesn't look nice in 'dress' either. To: Abs0, it's not a hp stand but a cup hanger actually. And would like to know from you if you have ever tried the H650+Cardas combo before? Thanks!

Thanks Abs0, AV and LaoMao, I'm still listening to it in my setup and will give a feedback soon. Btw, why there is no Senn Hp icon ? I m "forced" to use the beyer Hp icon ... Meantime, I have taken some pics on it and my setup. The amp looks....unassuming.

To update forumers, I've recently acquired the Diva Headphone Amp and have been using/running-in it with my current setup. It has a SS pre-amp section and using two 6922 as pwr amp section, external pwr supply, 1 RCA input and 1 HP output (please pardon my poor technical knowhow if i describe it wrongly ) I will write a more detail feedback(not those with frequency charts, technical jargons on how high it can go or how low it can drop, but just my own listening experience ) on it later. p.s. I may be the first person to own a commercially made Diva Headphone Amp.
