I bought a Sonic Impact T-amp (pending delivery) and I wanted to get a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 9.1, I know that KEC carry the Wharfedale and wanted to go down soon to audition the speakers. Do you think it would be silly to bring my own T-amp down to audition the speakers? I am kind of afraid that the shop owner will think that this young boy is trying to be funny. I am serious in investing in a pair of speakers and not there just there to "touch" and not buy. Also I know nothing about speaker wires, what should I look out for? I told you this is a silly question but I feel I must ask...

I have one pair of MS1 that is bought about a year back and it is in like new condition, I almost never used it since I got my SR325i a few months later. The pads are ABSOLUTELY NEW pair that I bought for replacement. I am letting it go at a $120 $110 SOLD. The headband is not stretch and the phones are in really really good condition. I'm willing to bet a hair that it doesn't have a internal battery, notice the power plug to mini usb cable beside? It was designed to be used with a PC or Mac and if you so desire, the line out of a player powered by the wall wart. Also, the placement of the volume knob would make the 'amp' a pain in the rear to use portably.
