Cheers mate. How much is the Canon S2-IS now & where's the best place to get it from. Did a google on the JVC Everio Series HD Camcorder. Looks interesting with the 20~30GB HDD (+ SD card), fast lens, min 10x optical zoom. Looks expensive as well, what price range are we talking about here?

I already have a Sony miniDV cam but converting the raw format is a drag. Using tape is a big hassle as well not to mention slow start up. Something like the C5 (or C6 if it's already available) seems convenient. The movie clips on the S1-IS & F11 is that good izzit? I might consider either if anti shake is an option on video clip mode (my shaky hands & cameras don't mix), the quality of the video is that good for converting to VCD/DVD & the video can run up to 1 hour per card.

Yes I'm aware of the price. I don't quite understand though what you meant by "lobang" camera? I'm curious to find out whether it's really as good as steves-digicam.com review.

Has anyone got any experience with the Sanyo C5/C6 Digital Media camera? How good is it as an alternative to a MiniDV camera. I like the idea of it storing video clips straight away into an SD card in MPEG4 format.

Is the stocks running out a precursor to the new models coming out in 2006? Saw the pics shown on meier-audio. I'm still on the look out for a full sized closed headphone to suit my taste.

The lubricant may end up making it feel worse. Can't you cut up a thin piece of velour (or fabric of your choice) & fix it on the pads with double sided tape or something? You only need to trace out the flat area of the pad that touches your skin.

Basically what I'm asking is, what are your particular preferences/criterias as there are so many different types of headphones out there to recommend. It would help to narrow down what your specific needs are rather than asking for an all rounder which is vague & varies from one individual to another. BTW, all Grados are Supra-aural (resting/covering on the ear - unless you have really tiny ears!). If you're looking for circum-aural do you need it to be open (outside noise can come in or out) or closed (isolation).

Are you looking for 'open' or 'closed', 'supra-aural' or 'circum-aural', clip-on, in-ear, earbuds, yada yada...

A generalised sweeping comment like that can be misleading. It's true not all tube amps work well with the RS-1 however there are some tube amps that sound good with it. I've only heard it with the Cayin/Spark HA-1A, Cary 300SEI & Berning Micro ZOLT. In all cases the sound is good. Very good in the latter amps mentioned, IMO.

Damn straight it's worth +US$300!!! If it looks good it sounds good! It's all in the placebo man! Now if they can do something about the box that packages Grados I think they can add another $100 on top of that!
