Hey Razer, Check this out, the Stello DA100 http://www.hifi500.com/ I'm thinking of getting it myself. Has USB and you can bypass the upsample. It's been getting good reviews.
  7. I'll post it for sale when i get the e500.
  8. I actually prefer speakers to headphones. I'm a big soundstage person and speakers are definely better for that. Listening to music for me is not just about the sense of hearing, it's also the sense of touch. I like to feel the sound ( vibs ) on my body, not just the ears.
  9. Or since i'm getting the e500, i can sell you my e4c...hehehe..
  10. The $177 price is not uncommon. Earphonesolutions sells them at a similar price.
  11. Someone correct me if i'm wrong but if you continue to use the line out with only the attenuator, you're killing your headphones.

[Top-Gun] (black normal gain) Hi there, You want a comparison between the ipod headphone out and line out with amp? Imo, the ipod 3g's headphone out is not as good as the 4g which is not as good as the 5g ( ipod video ). So i'm quite certain it will be a huge imrovement if you use the line out instead of the headphone out.
  13. Jialat, cannot resist. I'm ordering both and request that both be the US voltage. Thanks!
