  1. different tips make the um1 sound differently. the hardest is the tri flanges, that when placed improperly, you hear muffled sounds.
  2. i'd recommend bikers hub in jurong east. as for framing, the only place i could think off is bras bersah. personally, i don't travel much to the east to give you suggestions from there.
  3. all sound so expensive. i'm only using a Hasa 1. not even Hasa 7.

    WESTONE UM1

around 160 at jaben. check it out at the adelphi
  5. yeah it's free. syncs easily with my ipod, is the only usable player on my macintosh. that's about all i can praise it for. lazy people like me who want it simple.
  6. You should try out the AD700s. It's within your budget. It's got a great bass and I didn't regret my purchase after 3 months of testing.
  7. FooBar would be a great choice. But i use iTunes because of the easy CD ripping and Album Art. most of my music comes directly from CDs so it's okay for me. furthermore, i'm using a Mac. FooBar only works on Windows. I'd like to say that regardless of the software used, to get the best experience, you use something that you are familiar and is user friendly. Just use their EQ and suit it to your needs. I felt that my AD700 was bass-heavy and the highs are not as great as my SR-80. Using the EQ helped a lot and now, it seems like it's worth a great buy.
  8. if u using iTunes, fiddle around with the equliser. i found ATH sounding better when used with the preset Spoken Word
  9. probably true. i tried it on a plane. turned the active noice cancellation on and went to sleep in silence. can only testify that the plane's rumbling cannot be heard.
  10. Personally tried my sister's bf's Bose QuietComfort 3 and it's amazing. It can really keep out the sound yet produce great sounds.
  11. today, 12.30pm @ adelphi, saw two personnel. someone wearing audio technicas and another wearing westones
  12. you should try the different types of tips like the foam, rubber or the tri-flanges. i also have headaches when using mine but it doesnt occur frequently with the foamies. might want to switch to headphones instead if it still doesnt fit
  13. powerful bass... 5 EB. no questions asked. if you think it's too overwhelming, that's where the equlizer comes in
  14. instead of putting the pair of earphones at one side of the shoulder, why not we put the headphones on both sides? it's as though i've got the headphones slung over my neck

  16. why not place the www.sgheadphones.net text on the back collar instead of on the shirt itself?
  17. i think we need to see the fixed design of the shirt before making a decision. has to be nice to look and good to wear
