  1. The ionclast just have to click it and zap it. The statics will go off. However, you need to zap it once after 10 time you had use the equipment in order to zap away those statics. It work wonder, had tried with my friends one, and use it on my headphone, sound cleaner.
  2. yea, like the t400 and t500, even though they look alike, but the t500 is slightly thicker, thus the bass i felt is more punchy
  3. Hey, congrate on your purchase! I do agree with your review on it. Shure Oilves will not be a good choice to use together with it, as the nozzle is too small to squeeze them in. What i recommend is comply t500, not bad isolation!
  4. shure not your white pizza box lei. haha
  5. nah, never have the money to go. i think i typed wrongly. I saw the amarra on headfi web, about the CanJam 2009 and they highlighted it out in one of the article.
  6. well, that's great to have a party! haha

    Upgrade?

yea, the martini or rather, any amp will be able to drive the ESW9.
  9. Astello give a better soundstage and more clarity then the JBL imo. JBL sound very bassy, thus become very muddy as a result. Astello can run with or without amp. With amp, it sound more clearer and the bass kinda become tighter.
  10. i use some of a simple tool to burn in them. ipod nano version 4 --> silver reference --> ibasso t4 ---> astello radiance. and i just left it at there to run, no battery, go charge and run in again. well, it's really value for your money for this earphone.
  11. hello, the jbl do have a good bass suitable for the genre of music you listening to. and indeed is a price to consider now. however jbl have good isolation, but too much bass will result in the clarity that you looking for to be absent. UM1 have good fitting, but it dun suit the genre of music you listening to. Maytbe for pop music can. on your consideration, i would recommend either the UE 3 studio but the fitting is alwasya a problem for new user to their earphone. the astello have good separation that that you looking for,. The soundstage is wider, but the isolation is not fantastic. But it can be improve with a comply.
  12. seem like my astello reached the full potential liao lei. Cannot hear anything different alr. Indeed, good for classical with the separations and the soundstage. Astello sound bright? that's my first impression, but the brightness cool down after some hour of listening.
  13. yea, a plus 1 for astello. A happy user here!
  14. yea, see my latest review on it. the comply did try to control the sound and the bassy not too muddy. Comply sound better then the stock silicon bud.
  15. CX 300 was been discon due to the fact that there is many fake in the market. So, they make this model CX 350. This actually improve the sound a lot.
  16. eh,, no idea, maybe you can make a trip down to see? they have ACS custom sleeves and westone um56( for westone only)
  17. the output coming from an amp and a CDP will sound greatly different! I would suggest you going for a CDP, as you have so many CDs, and also, i prefer the sound coming out from CDP rather then from computer. It sound more natural and treble is high.
  18. go to audiologist to get your ear impression done, then bring to stereo to order it.
  19. ACS don't do reshelling. and ACS is a custom earphone all the way, not reshell. Yes, silicone is more comfortable then hard acrylic
  20. This can be consider as a good gift for friends ba. After I bought it last week, i end up getting 2 more for my friend upcoming birthday!
  21. yea, it sure look like the turbine by the monster.
  22. yea, i believe they want to delay the launching it is to make it a better quality ba
