  1. I've been a couple times already. Have to agree.. very professional. No pressure to buy and you can comfortably try out headphones and amps. Advice is correct and well-informed. Recommended.
  2. I use to think the big over the head headphones are bulky and so not cool looking. But after testing and purchasing a Grado SR80... haven't looked back. If you are particular about sound quality, there are few that can compare. You should try them out.
  3. Well, I guess it's where the heart is. I love music (serious music), I am a perfectionists when it comes to sound quality and I think I dare say I have good ears. Hence, this particular obsession has lasted since secondary school. It hasn't wane since.
  4. Calling all classical music fanatics, what would you name as the best test CD(s) or track of the classical genre? I'm speaking mostly in terms of on the headphone.
  5. Anyway has any innovative solutions to carry your lossless music files with you on any portable players?

    Collecting CDs

Yeh, I got a couple dating back to when the first CD players were appearing in Singapore! Hard to think of selling anything from my collection (close to 1000) because they are all precious. Getting more so with all this "downloading" going on. I've had discussions with friends who have stopped buying CDs; it's a pity, I personally think having the a physical copy at the highest consumer quality still irreplaceable yeh?
  7. Anyone tried out Herbie Hancock "River". Fantastic acoustics. SMooooth!
  8. Li Yundi's Prokofiev, Piano Concerto No.2 in G minor, Op.16. Deutsche Grammaphone. Live recording. Awlsome. http://www2.deutschegrammophon.com/cat/res...hString=4776593
