I remember (before they lay off staff a couple of years ago)...that they will always call you on your mobile phones to ask for more info on the defect. Many a times, they will do their best to pinpoint the defect and if they found nothing, they will do it for free; no service charge...(beneifit of the doubt thing). And when you get your stuff back, I always see this label at the back, "Serviced by so & so" followed by a contact number. Sigh... (Audio) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Northern Oak 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2003 It's time for us to get down to Sim Lim Towers to Tech Publication to get some DIY-Repair books. For repairing equipments, Sim Lim Towers as well as Cash Converter at Toa Payoh are excellent sources for finding spare parts.
