N@Z 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2003 As the title says, I am having trouble updating mine. Does anyone else have any problem with theirs? I'm trying to use an animated .gif file but I keep getting an error message. What is the size limit on avatar allowed? The offending file is attached below. N@Z 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2003 The problem is not the pixel size as both are not bigger than 150x150. I believe the issue may be the image file size 'Hi' is only 28kb (still won't upload) but the spinning thingy is 250kb. I'm open to suggestions though. N@Z 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2003 You can save the pic from your browser if you'd like but if you convert to jpg it will no longer be animated which is why I chose it in the first place.
