Got this message from Tinykhing when I email to the dealer and get some reply, I arrange a bit, The dealer quote : "DT990 8,850 baht VAT included and prices can be bargained. The ones in stock are still 2005 edition, but the I think that they are not so much different." And Tinykhing message mentioned: "The V2005 and 2006 is the same in Premium line. If you are foreigner you can refund the VAT. The price is approximately same.(in price list) VAT 10% Current is 1 US$ = 37 Bath I think you can bargain for not add VAT. I thought the previous version is 2003 version and the latest is 2005/6 version that we are discussing about. The older version looks like DT990 pro but instead of black, its steel frame is silver (raw). The latest version (picture shown above) sounds and looks completely different. heady 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 (edited) Found out from Thai friend that the DT990 selling for 8800 Baht. Can negotiate for better price. VAT is 7% and get refund at airport. This price is about the same as what Albert was selling at AA before his stock kena recalled. So if can really negotiate to what tinykhing got (US$175) then it is a bargain made in heaven?
