SG internet connection affected by taiwan quake?

just would like to know,

 

is the singapore internet connection (international) to the west-hemisphere servers affected by the recent taiwan earthquake?

 

for example, can you access cnn.com, or apple.com, or head-fi?

 

all internet connection here in jakarta (to the west) is severed, i can't even access my emails because the server is in the US.

Yep, they still work. You can browse SGheadphones because Indonesia is connected to Singapore

Guess the only people affected are those using Singnet ( for about a day or so)

headfi loading is slooooooowwwwww, getting to the site alone is like watching your fingernails grow, in other words SLOW!

 

certain sites i surf also have longer than usual loading times, however sgheadphones is as usual!

Not yet fully recovered thats for sure. Many sites are still like snail lol.

According to reports, it'll take weeks for them to recover...so it'll be back to the past of 56k speeds( well not that slow..maybe 256)
