check out head-fi lots about shure e1/2/5c and etys er4. I saw them commeding the foams and saying bad stuff about plastic buds.

They are more like silicon on the ER4's.

Ok... my/their argument is more towards the shure ones. But they also preferred foams on etys. They seldom discuss about ety er6. Only er4
