RS-1! u will die with either one of the grados selections..... ok just to do a huge favor for u but later dun blame me that u couldnt sleep or study..... rs-1= 2x soundstage and superb mids with very tight bass -after hearing the flaghip amp ...uber sorry to say yur amp really couldnt make it hf-2 = one of the most solid bass and airry highs i heard without any warmth..very neutral,forward and linear gs 1000 = well a lot amps have problem driving these bloody gs1000 but with the hd250....they have solid bass foundation that rivals to hf-2 and not muddy with soundstage of hd800 itself..... ps-1 = well needless to say.....one of top high end grados which beats k1000 bass, hd800 bass and have very very sparkly silky highs that all ps-1 rolled off....a wonderful 3d dynamic cans which have emotions,vocals and bass combined... uber u better stop thinking Edited November 19, 2009 by sep90 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

sep90 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2009 uber can always get the none SE version wonder if they will make more SE version correct me if i am wrong but SE version has auricaps/solen caps and audionote volume alps i believe it contributes to their very very smooth midrange/very analogue highs and insanely deep layering bass even the dv337 lacks dv337 has midbass range but nowhere as the deep and layering bass texture is as good as the hd250... now i hearing the dv337 with k1000 it is very harsh compare i heard the k1000 with hd250...very smooth and seductive mids even for me or kids5000 to resist Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
