Eric Chia 0 Report post Posted March 6, 2009 for akgs pair with b22? imo, it has bass that akg lacks off and it is more musical and the high sibliances which akgs weakness is totally gone.....using single ended onli havent tried with xlr yet.... it colors the akgs to certain extend and making highs very tamed and has yet subtle bass and deep bass... a great combination with akgs or slightly dark soundsignature cans..... try to listen Gosh Jorban vocals with it and akg 701, u will be suprised that Jorban come to u and actually pull u into his world..... My 3 boards are almost done, but I'm really contemplating if it's worth upgrading to 4 boards. Plus that new CEC balanced amp is really tempting as well..
