  1. No no, not the Super.fi 3s. Those have great mids and a really good treble extension, but are absolutely deviod in the bass department. CK7s are very well rounded phones. I think those are a better bet.
  2. The answer is really right before you. You much prefer the HJE-70s compared to the more "established" (or "snob?") brands like Shures or Westones or whatever. Problem is that most Internet forums fall into groupthink traps very easily. There's always a new FOTM, so don't always be too quick to follow what everyone is saying.

    New look?

    Ooo, yea! Thanks Yotiao!
  4. Yes, a few months would be good. I'll see if my usual store for batteries sell them at the same price.
  5. Ooo, the Eneloops look interesting. 85% charge after 1 year!
  6. You just described your own HJE-70s.

    New look?

Ooo, IPB v3. If you guys think it's cool so far, wait till you try the AJAX in-page editing for your posts. Edit: Darn, no AJAX? I was pretty sure IPB 3 had it...

    PC speakers

After some listening with my gf's Aego-Ms, I find they have an incredible presence. Not sure what it's down to, but when doing OSTs it really brings the music to life, especially anything with choral bits. Kinda itching to switch to them, but my current speakers are doing well, if not quite having the same presence.
  9. Maha is just a load of marketing. The Sanyos do very well for their price. If you need to really squeeze the last bit out of your batteries, go check with the R/C enthusiasts; they know everything about squeezing battery power from NiCD/NiMH batteries. I read some even build their own chargers...
  10. Eh, it was in the papers. $449 for the 6gb model.
  11. South Park always works. The Internet is for Porn - Avenue Q It's D&D - Stephen Lynch
  12. Actually, it's the price of an iPod nano with an extra 2gb of memory. Looking forward to the discounted prices in SLS!
  13. *groans* $239? Errr... how did US$99 become $219 then $239? Oh well! Guess we'll wait and see what the acutal selling price from places that can give *proper* prices will be like.
