The DT-150's with a borrowed grado ra1 clone amp is simply outstanding. Was listening to it for a couple of weeks and i was very happy when i had that combo. I still think the best combo ive heard so far is with the BigBen amp that Firefox built but to be fair, the source was a certain consonance cdp which was excellent as well. So i would agree that a solidstate setup would do well with the 150's but do note that i have not heard it with any tubed amps yet.

DT-150? If yer goin for a very transportable amp, why not the PPA as well? One of the better solid state amps around. The SR-71 is also a good amp from memory. Both are relatively small and very capable amps. Im sure a few other ppl here will have much better recommendations than me

From what i read in the two supposedly genuine pdf's, both are 6mp dslr's. Another interesting thing is that the D50 will use matrix metering II while the D70s will still use matrix metering I... it will also use SD cards and will only be able to use iso 200/400/800/1600. Both have 2 inch lcd's and the D70s will have a wireless transmitter accessory or something like that and a wired shutter release cable.

D50 announcement... will use a SDcard indicating its small size if u have the pdf manuals.

I happen to be in possession of 2 pdf manuals of nikon's 2 unreleased upcoming dslr models. Anybody wanna see?

I like most of the shots, the pictures tell a story. U caught the superpuma really nice... looks like this old 80's show helicopter, Airwolf. For the last shot, the colours really pop out on this one... i love the bubbles!

I really like some of the mrt stations along the NE-line... i like the 3rd pic!

I believe this topic was brought up quite a while back, and it was mentioned that girls have better hearing than guys? Im not sure who said that but i think its quite true. Shame that more women arent interested in head-fi, it would be nice to chat with a lady every so often bout cans but on the other hand, would headphones really be on your mind when you have a lady in front of you?
