spooky!!! U guessed all my move 100% man! ... yesterday went to Ruby to get provia 100F and ilford hp5+ 400... today shot half a roll of ilford at indian temple.. my only gripe is that the ev compensation is at 0.5 increment instead of 0.3 I'm used to with the d70 mm oh and yea coming from dslr .. I miss that 'beep' sound when locking focus

I think I throw away my D70 and buy the ixus already ....

finally got film SLR.. not fm2n... at an even cheaper price, I got mint f80D+batt pack .. can't wait to shoot tml..

!!! oooo Q00 tell me more abt it! Possible to ask ur friend for some sample shots? Actually it would be a toss-up between the sigma and tokina 12-24 f/4. I've handled my friend's tokina and must say that it's really solid and pretty sharp. Haven't handled the sigma though.. but the 2mm makes quite a difference I guess.

D50 + : -3dmatrixII -lower noise level -slightly smaller -cheaper -uses SD(more devices using this so it's easier to share) for me the main attraction would be the lower price and low noise as compared to the d70s. Of course resolution wise if you check out dpreview.com the d70s is still slightly more 'resolving'. So when r u getting ur new toy?

I had the corda ha-1 a long time ago.. I wouldn't call it bright. if anything it was (very slightly) warm. I too suspect that it is your source causing the brightness. Anyway it doesn't matter turning it to 11.30 to get the same volume for your 120ohm

120ohm>> 0ohm.. more resistance.. i thought this one quite simple? some headphones do sound better when you use them out of the 120ohm...
