ssheavy 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2005 Sounds heavenly on a grado... Hi Evil -Zen. I agree with you man. I'm using Grado SR60 and the Metallica's Black album sounds fantastic. Of course, it helps when you amp it (I'm using Marantz int amp PM6010OSE). Pink Floyd's Pulse is one hell of a LIVE album. I remember few years ago, WHAT HIFI commended this album, saying that it's recorded entirely with analogue equipment!

papaya86 0 Report post Posted March 24, 2005 (edited) pink floyd - final cut The theme of the album is war/post war period Clapton's rainbow concert - Apart from little wing where clapton totally destroyed Jimi Hendrix's song, the others are very good, especially pearly queen. Stone Roses -The guys are technically lousy but the music they create is pretty decent, their style reminds me of the cranberries. For pop rock,The Beatles is still the best imo. Led Zeppelin Remasters - The best compilation album for Led Zep imo, all the essentials are in it. The sound quality is good too. Mary black collected - I found this lying around and gave it a listen. She has a great voice and the songs are pretty good too. http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B000000L...SCMZZZZZZZ_.gif Edited March 24, 2005 by papaya86
