I am using the Bose Companion 3.. pretty good so far.. although the bass isnt as good as other speaker systems.. but I'm not that particular about having too much a bass.. Anyway.. the set is retailing for a price below 400 these days.. some places like Epicentre@orchard (formerly Applecentre@orchard) sells them for 350 during promos..
