Depends what Sony cans they are. Not all Sonys are good & likewise not all Senns are good either.

all sony cans are good?nah...i can say the one u bought is better than their sony cans...their cans are sh*t. Sony streetstyle are too bright..i hate it...really...eh...those words cant come out from my hands here. vulgarities tongue.gif

sony e888 is good and it costs ard 60 sin dollars I think.

MDR-V6 ? <100USD ... quite good and cheap portable closed can. Famous for its bass. Second only to dt770 in terms of bass slam.

mdr-cd1700 is another good one.. evil-zen is selling his around <200 SGD . It's been discontinued. Used to retail ard 150 US dollar.

Also, the famous cd3k(379 USD from audiocubes.com) and the King, MDR-R10(retails 4k USD)

MDR-F1 is said to be the most comfortable cans ever but sound quality isn't really quite on par. But the design sure is pretty.

sony.gif jarthel has the CD3K I wore them for my 30 second audition. They sounded quite nice.

how about Sony MDR-700DJ ? is it a good can also?

 

You should post this on the portable audio forum, more leikely that you'll have some decent response...
