SG Headphone Meet

We had this thread but it went astray. So just PM me what you're bringing. We need some CD Players as well. This is to ensure that there arn't too many of one type of headphone as well like the last meet where we had somthing like 6 x DT-880 and 6 x Senn HD-600. So instead of bringing another HD-600 or DT-880, bring a CDP or Amp instead.

 

We have a shortage of CD players guys... we need about 5 more CD Players!!

 

Okay so right now we have:

 

Ablaze: CD3000, maybe the Gilmore V1

 

adhoc: Beyer DT-880 with Canare cable

 

Barradio: Grado RS-1, Naim Headline amp , X-10D and the Sony CDP-XB930E

 

Blues: mp3s CDs, koss ksc-35 and my iriver slimx

 

evil-zen: ety ER4S, Gilmore V2, Sony MDR-CD1700 & Corda HA-1

 

evo: Grado SR60, Sennheiser MX500, Sony SRF-S84

 

firefox: Senn HD-570 and a mystery item ;-)

 

headphonecrazy: RKV+impedancer, Cyrus CD7Q+PSX-R, HD580 Precision + Equinox

 

jasonhanjk: Marantz CD7300, CDs, HD600, Clone META perhaps?

 

lengcm: Consonace 1.1, Sudgen and the HD600 with Equinox

 

MatBon0013: fishball79 mystery mini to mini cable.

 

Mackie: MF A3CD, DT770/990

 

mychew: Laptop with mp3s (toshiba satellite 1800, ALI s/card), Senn HD202 & 1x extension socket

Northern Oak: Cayin HA-1A

 

Rameish: Rotel RCD-971 and Corda HA-2

 

Voxel: a 240DF and a LC-KING amp (without interconnector) I don't know what this is, but I guess we'll find out on Sunday.

I hope to see a unmodded DT-880 vs Adhoc's modded DT-880

 

An unmodded X-Cans V2 vs Lengcm's modded X-Cans V2

 

A stock Senn HD-600 vs cable changed HD-600

 

Stax combo (Tee - where are you?)

 

Other CD Players that I would like to see are NADs, Meridian, Denon, etc.

I don't have transport so I can't bring my NAD 521i along. LOL. Tentatively, I'll be bringing my HD570's with my upgrade cable + stock cable. Might bring some other "stuff". =)
