ya...that happens to me too when i feel that my 9V is soft....the DMM still says around 8+ V but i think internally it cannot sustain the needed current draw already...that's when it starts whizzing.....

lol...my casing no space for 4X AAA man...only enough for 9v..so thinking of using rechargables 9V

"on my own" tune is one my favourite tunes that never fails to pull me into 'their' world Josh Groban's voice fits the bill quite nicely too.

well, i think design really woos customers over and i think creative realises that too late. and they should make their products more durable to build up their brand name slowly instead of hitting head-on with their competitors. this gives an image of "trying too hard". and i do think that creating a audiophile player to cater to the niche market of audiophiles is not a bad idea but to them it may not be worth it: got to have separate designs, production lines, etc etc for a small market...

my current draw was about 45mA. used a cheapo casing found in SLS which looks quite well..all in all quite satisfied with the SQ and the ease of building. very compact too..thanks squalle...

I wonder if anyone has done a comparison of the SQ in cinemas? i went to cathay cinema to watch the MI3....regarding the SQ in cinemas, the sound is ok there...though i think it is 2.1 because i don't hear any surround effect...lol..but one thing is it is toooo loud...blasting away. hmm...din hear before time shares tis kind of things...but it can't be so damn good as to give you free travel...so i back out...lol

He then wanted me to go down to collect the prize and the whole procedure is going to take an hour or so. yet they can't email me the details or stuff when I requested them to do so.
