jus plug it in n listen as usual man...wat's wif the fuss with burn in? u bought a headphone/speaker jus use it n it will b burnt in...doesnt make sense as stated above...the driver will settle bac in it's rest state when it is nt powered...jus dn blast ur cans if they r nt meant for tt kinda of vol..it's like power limit for speakers i guess?

I believe most high end audiophile headphones/speakers or components go beyond human hearing range...take for example some sacd players which gives the response of 2 - 50Khz some at 2 - 20Khz..wonder if u can hear the difference in higher freq exceeding 20Khz..mayb ur dog can enjoy it LOL..for lower freq with a subwoofer or a good floorstanding speakers..we can usually feel the diff...the punch of the bass (the earthshaking effect LOL) on you..

Alien Looking Design - makes u looks like a ....head when u wearing it + Flimsy Construction - pls be careful + Lack of slam in bass + create noise to surrounding + 400/ 400 odd price tag = hard to justify Tried it must say wasn't impressed, IMO at 400 bucks i find it might be better to stick with standard dynamic headphones like esw9, etc..perhaps sae the onli 1 ting that was more outstanding to me at 400 bucks is the soundstage due to design.. Just my thoughts..no offense to supporters of the headphones thor hahhzh

erm i tink it's alrite..however depends on wat u use for playback..mp3 player? ps3? or ur desktop/laptop as wma lossless might not be supported..for me i experience tt wif my mp3 player...cheers

to some degree i believe using audio out will affect the SQ as it bypass the player's internal amp circuit..while a jack out uses the player's internal amp..so if u realli out for an external amp shd try to utilise ur audio out..correct me if i m wrong...

hmm i dnno much bout the sq of cm 700..but i do notice it's not the in ear kinda earphones..mayb u wanna consider some IEM if u using it on the go...or not i wld suggest u gO for headphones instead..if budget allows...try out the audiotech esw 9(wonderful portable headphone)/a900(bang for bunk but huge)/a900ti(limited, price bit on the high side..justifiable? i dnno)..

pretty nice looking stuffs with some "high tech" x fi technology...but there's no audio line out...runnin an external amp seems out of the deal...sad..ani idea how it can be done(beside connecting to the headphone jack)...or mayb the zen vision M is still the deal..hahhz

hmm..if u r planin to use a portable amp..u will hav to look out for players that have a lineout such as creative zen m player since u dn wan an apple..otherwise look into cowon, sony or samsung..decent enough products..pls note the format of music support for diff players.

Try an audio technica ath-esw9..300++ i tink jus to add on..go check out grado prestige line(budget range) of headphones...but not recommanded for noisy environment due to open design..

well thks everyone quite surprise this trend is still on gg hahhzh...yea the equipment does play a great part..playing 128,320 and wav on the laptop n on my portable music system is like tian n di (heaven and earth) LOL..no $ for super hifi thor(still studying dad saes i m mad LOL)..currently running a rs2, d1 v2 and a creative zen vision m..gd enough system for me so far..
