heady 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2007 Try Mustaffa. Saw them there last year, no idea if still carrying it. But you can use Hudson's cough drops tin as substitute.
iewgnail 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2007 i've considered the hudson tin. but due to the looseness of the cover, i decide not to use it. doesnt look as nice as altoids too. haa. will try mustafa! will update all if there is altoids there

heady 0 Report post Posted July 14, 2007 If you are desperate enough, you can order on-line: http://www.altoids.com/shop.do
loop_ 0 Report post Posted July 14, 2007 (edited) I remember seeing altoids tins for sale somewhere in the Takashimaya mall, but that was some years back... you can try Marks and Spencer's 'curiously strong mints' the box is very nice and the lid is tight too. Very good mints also! Edited July 14, 2007 by loop_
heady 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2007 (edited) Ah yes, loop_, the Marks and Spencer's mints are actually Altoids but the tin is painted in the M&S colours. Edited July 16, 2007 by heady
iewgnail 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2007 yes. i went m&s this afternoon. originally thought that gone case. cant find it. but when making my exit, saw the mints just beside the cashier in the previous few tins left. grab it @ $4.50. i think dimensions same as the altoids tin. no longer have to find altoids anymore. and i think the m&s tin looks nicer than altoids!! fantastic alternatives! Singapura 0 Report post Posted July 16, 2007 I like the Eclipse mints, they almost as good as the highly illegal substance called chewing gum . The tin is nice too.
