  1. What colour are you going to do for your T1?
  2. Your Westone custom tip don't have left and right indication?
  3. Budget? I suppose westone UM2 might be a good choice.
  4. You could consider try the Audio Technica ES7 or Grado SR80, although not well known for soundstage but compared to your IEM, these should be good.
  5. The only thing other than changing the earphone and amp would be to add an amplifier. Try the iBasso D2 viper or Boa at stereo, rather impressive for the price.
  6. What earphone or headphone are you using? I-Qube sounds hollow? Oh, and what cable were you using to audition the i-qube?
  7. I waited 1 month for the pico and return it within 30days after comparing it with the i-qube, the amp section of the i-qube is simply more impressive in all aspect but if you need the DAC, then give it a skip and don't audition the i-qube.

    OVC T50!

I've ordered 3000 pieces for corporate gifts for my company last month and now as I'm referring to the T50 spec sheet provided by OVC China, it's 10mm, very common for manufacturers to create a different specification so as to sell better. Durability is an issue but not an issue when it's free.
  9. What equipment are you using the d2 with? I'm using it with my office computer on the Grado RS1 and they didn't sounded bright at all.
  10. For me the TF10 is the clear winner.
  11. Just pop 4 Sanyo eneloop batteries and get a USB charger, you can charge it via computer USB. Don't worry, nothings wrong with the Pico, in fact I like the cosmetic and size of the Pico better than any portable amps out there but of cos you should audition the i-Qube first.
  12. The Pico is available in the non-DAC version which I have, it's very well built and small, in comparision to my Hornet, it made the hornet look like it was made in China. Soundwise, the pico is definitely better than the Hornet in many area. Firstly, it's quieter and I can appreciate quiet classical passages better. Vocal tracks sounds detail and bass is tight and controlled, probably loses out to the hornet in speed and attack which I don't listen to most of the time. Still I'm returning the Pico back to Justin tomorrow, did I mention I did a A/B with the i-qube?
  13. Tested the P2 when I bought the i-qube two weeks ago and I must say although it's no where close to the i-qube in terms of smooth vocals, airy transparent presentation and tight controlled bass (yes, the i-qube is that good), P2 is still worth every penny it's asking. Unless you are in a rush for a purchase before CNY, if not wait for the P2 before jumping into the visely. I've heard the Visely at Jaben and it didn't leave a deep impression on me, might be the cables used at Jaben, I dunno.
  14. Grado SR60 at $120, can audition at stereo.
  15. Might as well get the OVC T20 (Mylar 1 X3), OEM company for crossroad and best thing is it's cheaper. Durability can be quite an issue, send mine to Jaben for exchange twice due to driver problem.
  16. Maybe the Audio Technica CK7.
  17. UE triplefi10pro is a very good iem not only for vocal but IMO classical too. Westone um2 might not suit your taste since it's slightly heavier on the bass, or maybe it could be just me. Etymotic ER-4p/s and Shure E4c/g is excellent for vocal but for $500, I'll stretch for something better.
  18. Yeah... starting to feel my pocket burning.
  19. The rock lookalike?lol Happy birthday!
