  1. FK676 is out... a headphone amp... similar to FK673 it uses TDA2822 i scanned out the schematics as it cannot be found on the manufacturer's page... [attachmentid=3894] FK676 is the one above with 673 below it... sorry about the poor scan... the PCB size is slightly smaller than FK673 and in terms of sound, this is abit more detailed really dependant on the TDA2822... i didnt use electrolytics for C1 and C5 in 676...   6. i got those torch about 7 years ago. selling at arnd $10 if im not wrong... if not get aluminium, stailess steel or brass wires and bend. those wires wont require heating so no torch needed. i hope that helps? now, go try....

  8. SLT 2nd floor has the 80s style players with the aluminum sides all. but i tink needs the belt changed 1st. an old friendly man sells them. he repairs stuff. maybe ask him..
  9. hi all!!! i own a Sansui A-80. i dont call it a vintage because it is not ment for audiophiles. but i still think it is more aggressive than some newer amps around now... then here maybe you guys would like to share your experiences about these vintages and if possible include pics?? here is a pic. the brushed aluminum version of Sansui A-80. mine the black version...   10. i have a friend who owns a mylar 3 and i got him to try ms1... he told me ms1 is a little more detailed and the soundstage is really big.. honestly i havent tried mylar 3 before and i'm a headphone user..
  11. not fair?? haha.. well i use to think SR60 good for classical then i tried rock and progressive.. man to me SR60 fare better with those than to classical.. still prefer my LHS365 for classical...
  12. grados are made for rock music!!! and especially music from the 70s and 80s like Bee Gees, Scorpions, Kansas and all... Tragedy by Bee Gees my fav coz fits my SR60... wooo hoooo!!!!! OMG haha...

  16. iGrado is that cheap. its original or former name is SR-40 which were headband phones... you may wan to cancel because its kinda tight. kinda clips your head... IEMs are those earbuds using different principle; different from earphones. IEMs dont use dynamic tranducers.

  19. hmm... im a headphone fan. hmm i dont own any neckbands or clip ons... i have friends owning igrado and they wear specs. igrado are just around S$75 Jaben at Adelphi has them and also Stereo at CWP... with $120 u can get Grado SR60. but too bad u dont want any headband...
