Northern Oak 0 Report post Posted August 17, 2003 It's a nifty design cause you just need to slide the 9V batt in instead of the usual snap on design. However, with with 2 9V batt, is it really portable?
N@Z 0 Report post Posted August 17, 2003 Looks about roughly 5"x5"x2" not too bad. Might be a little heavy though.

Rameish 0 Report post Posted August 18, 2003 Pity that the RCA's are not recessed like the Headroom Supreme/Cosmic amps. As long as the size is no bigger than a CD Jewel case and no thinker than say 3 or 4 jewel cases stacked together then it does fullfill a one amp for both portable and home use approach. The Headroom amps unfortunately have a severate battey case (unlike theier earlier designs which could hold 4 AA batteries - I think - (voltage was then stepped up internally). As for swapping batteries on the fly - it's nice but not really essential as you only need to change them every 40 hours or so (hopefully). My 2¢
