Darkkopi 0 Report post Posted October 28, 2009 you know roughly how much it will cost? including the PSU. lol. check the headwize thread, there's a BOM there. After that, go farnell/mouser/digikey and calculate the parts A good casing with CNC will be at least $500.

Duck-in-the-Box 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2009 (edited) woah. now then i know. is B24 a power amp? thats why there isn't any volume control on it. i think i need a B22 as a preamp if i were to get them. LOL! full AMB set :\ i can open a club with that. and like to ask if there are balanced speakers. if i were to use B22 as preamp i need them to have how many chns. 3? just left right ground or left+ left- right+ right- ground? You'll only get cheap price for casing and CNC if you order alot, there's no way the company will give you a cheap price for 1 order. Heatsinks you can use Conrad. Using top quality parts, you got to source them online yourself, through farnel, mouser, digikey etc. If you're still unsure, It's better not to start on the b24 imo. Its a huge project. Duck-in-the-Box 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2009 Conrad is base in Australia? So i should start small with a M3 then a B22 then a B24? lol. Yep i agree that B24 is a big project. Looking at the components and stuff.

Looking at the components and stuff. Yes, based in Australia. Its up to yourself on what you want to build. The B22/B24 can be very affordable to very expensive depending on the parts you use. sep90 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2009 B22 and B24 r really a test of measurements of yur d.i.y. skills if u r planning to build it, better get some1 who is skilled enough or if u r very confident of yur skills the parts doesnt come cheap and it varies from builder's skills to the whole outcome of yur B22
